The kitchen brigade has been headed by Elio Caluori. His deputy Lino Azevedo has been on the Metropol team for 20 years and knows the house, the metropolitan specialties and the loyal regulars. The service team, which has been led by Aderito dos Santos for almost two decades, is proven and particularly courteous. Together with his deputy Chef de Service Vitor Batista, you will master your task with southern passion, heart and mind.

Depending on the seating arrangement, our complete Erststock restaurant can accommodate 70 to a maximum of 100 guests.
